Had a very challenging situation as my 2012 Infiniti G37 had been in multiple shops but they could not correctly diagnose root cause of problem. Turned out to be electronically related within the transmission. Was referred to Steven and Premier from another shop. Steven clearly explained how he identified problem and most cost effective options to fix it. Honest and qualified. Thank you.

Chose this shop for a second opinion primarily because they advertised a free diagnostic. The repair estimate itself was on the higher side compared to other shops, but I was told the work could be completed in roughly 3 days, so I moved forward. I waited 6 days before finally calling for an update, only to be greeted by what can best be described as one of the most unnecessarily abrasive reception experiences I’ve had in a long time. Defensive, passive aggressive, and somehow managing to sound inconvenienced that a customer dared ask about their own vehicle. Eventually I received the call that the vehicle was ready. I’ll admit I should have reviewed the invoice more carefully before paying, but I was in a rush and trusted the shop. That was my mistake. After leaving, I realized I’d been charged an additional $281 for a battery and installation that I never approved. Important detail: the battery in the vehicle was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off. When I returned for clarification, the receptionist immediately insisted the repair had been authorized, yet could not provide a single text, signature, phone recording, or any proof whatsoever showing approval. Had a frustrating experience with my car, but wanted to shout out someone who got it right. After a 90k service at a dealership, my car started running terribly, no power, sputtering, clanking, check engine light. I took it back twice and it still wasn’t resolved. Brought it to Steve at Premier Auto and he diagnosed it as faulty engine coils and fixed it the same day. Car’s been running perfect since. Really appreciate someone who can quickly figure it out and fix it the right way. Highly recommend.

Premier did a great job with the brakes on my car and was communicative throughout the process. They’re honest as well: they mentioned a few other small issues that needed to be addressed, and while I was able to fix them myself they didn’t pressure me into the job. They’re a great local business and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back to their shop.

This service was for new tires on my Pilot. Contacted them in advance for requested tires. When they received them Brittany advised they were in. Set up appointment, greeted by Brittany and got order started. She kept me advised on time table and what was being done. Also had opportunity to meet Steve the owner. Wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with service. Went with technician for test drive. Everything was perfect. Good folks here. Highly recommend Premier Auto Repair. Thanks everybody 😃
